About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist who brings a strong recruiting background and enjoys being involved across multiple areas of HR. This role combines hands-on talent acquisition with broader employee support and HR operations. You’ll work closely with leaders to address hiring needs while contributing to initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting activities from sourcing and candidate engagement through hiring and onboarding
- Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and identify qualified talent
- Provide support across employee relations, onboarding, performance, and engagement
- Assist with HR policies, documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on recruiting experience
- Experience supporting a variety of positions and employee populations
- Generalist experience beyond talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and candidate sourcing platforms
- Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance
- Experience within an operational, distribution, manufacturing, or consumer-focused environment is a plus
