Human Resources Generalist Manufacturing
Salary $75,000 $80,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to East Tennessee

As the Human Resources Generalist, you'll be involved in all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
You'll help attract and hire top talent, coordinate employee communications and plant activities, administer HR policies and programs, assist with benefits, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. You'll also represent the company in the local community and help build strong relationships. Experience with ADP and Kronos is a plus
What We're Looking For in this Human Resources Generalist position:
• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 1 year of Human Resource experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
