In this role, you will administer HR policies, coordinate full-cycle recruitment for plant and corporate roles, and support onboarding and training initiatives. You’ll manage employee relations, coach supervisors on performance and corrective actions, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The HR Generalist also supports benefits administration, HR data and reporting, and continuous improvement projects that strengthen safety, engagement, and career development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
