This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes.Your responsibilities will be to:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Prepare and format information for internal and external communications including presentations, emails, memos, and reports.Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR team such as onboarding/offboarding processes, employee record maintenance, managing the HR Service Desk, and recruiting support.Coordinate and organize the HR Master Calendar which includes meetings, training sessions, cyclical programs, project timelines, and social events.
