Job Duties
The role is for a senior HR Manager/Director with extensive experience working in a law firm. You will work closely with various department heads to ensure a positive work environment. Oversee; training manuals, state and federal compliance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, benefit enrollment, etc. Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, etc. We will consider law firm administrators or similar experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of HR experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certification
- Experience in a law firm/legal dept. is strongly preferred.
