Seeking a hands-on and energetic Human Resources Director, the full-time remote opportunity will manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations, while driving modernization of HR processes across a multistate workforce. Key responsibilities Oversee the bi-weekly multistate payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Administer comprehensive benefits programs and lead annual renewal and open enrollment processes Manage employee relations and leave management, fostering a positive remote work culture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and managing multistate payroll and benefits Experience in managing a remote or distributed workforce Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
