Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's vision and objectives
• Lead the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design strategies to drive business results
• Analyze HR metrics and benchmarking data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes
• Build and maintain relationships with HR partners, supervisors, and employees to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution
• Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and best practices in HR to ensure compliance and minimize risk

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR leadership or management
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proven track record of achieving HR goals and measurably impacting business outcomes
