Our client, a leading financial services firm based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Director. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their Midtown Manhattan office. They offer excellent benefits, including 401(k) with matching!
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance
- Utilize HR analytics to conduct research and planning
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Oversee performance and compensation analysis and reviews
- Supervise benefits administration, ensuring compliance
- Oversee payroll cycle and manage Paychex
- Ensure departmental compliance with local and federal laws
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $120-160k annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources leadership roles
- Experienced in developing and implementing HR strategy and building teams
- Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
