About the Role

As a key member of the Premier Living and Healthcare Center team, the Human Resources Director will play a vital role in shaping the organization’s human capital strategy. Reporting directly to the (insert supervisor’s title), this dynamic leader will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the Center’s mission to provide exceptional care to its patients and residents. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and engage employees

  • Manage and lead the HR team, including recruitment, training, and professional development

  • Create and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans

  • Develop and administer employee policies, procedures, and benefits programs

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

  • Analyze and report on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement

  • Develop and manage the HR budget

  • Coordinate and participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum (insert number) years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification or willingness to obtain within (insert timeframe)

  • Proven track record of successful HR program development and implementation
