Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility in the Sussex County, DE area is hiring for a Full Time Human Resources Director.
Responsibilities:
Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
Responsible for the onboarding of new hires, performing background checks, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates
Responsible for facility payroll
Maintain and track FMLA and LOA Leave processes in facility.
Maintain accurate personnel files, licensure/certification tracking, and mandatory in-service training records in accordance with state survey requirements.
