Human Resources DirectorThe Human Resources Director role will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives. In addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business to drive effective people strategies, enhance organizational culture, and ensure compliance with employment practices. This candidate will be a strategic, people-focused leader who is highly energetic and passionate about building a high-performing workforce.

In addition, the person in this role will have the mentality to think like a business owner and take a proactive yet collaborative approach to accomplishing organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer or senior executive leadership.Responsibilities:You have experience leading a team and you can demonstrate how to help your team members thrive in their daily work and in their careersYou are united with your team and business partners and follow through on commitmentsDevelop a solid partnership with HR and Payroll leaders to understand their goals so you can recommend new technologies or functionalityYou are the liaison between IT and business partnersBe a champion for your team of Business Systems Analysts and Solution Architects, providing leadership and direction, looking for opportunities on performance, looking for opportunities for their growth and development while managing their workloadPlan and direct the activities of your team who work closely with our customers in defining requirements through configuring, designing, developing, or implementing solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, Integrations, and Analytics CloudDevelop and manage relationships with vendors who provide technology and consulting related to our platforms and projectsGuide the team and business partners on performing scheduled Oracle quarterly updates so the appropriate regression testing is completed, new features are publicized, and the timeline is metRequirements:10+ years of human resources and management experienceExtensive and progressive experience with compensation plans, managing benefits plans and vendors and employment law (EEOC, FMLA, ADA)Strong understanding of HRIS systems and processesExtensive understanding of human resources industry, processes and trends, including upcoming issues and forecastingExcellent communication, time management and organizational skillsInnate leadership skills and ability to adapt to various changes and situationsBachelor's degree required
