Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 Base + Incentive

About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead the people function for a growing technology-focused organization with approximately 270 employees across the U.S. and Canada.
This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while driving key initiatives in talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can influence stakeholders, navigate complex environments, and implement people strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead all areas of HR, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies and leadership development programs.
- Create and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and employee growth initiatives.
- Enhance employee engagement, retention, and internal mobility programs.
Change Management
- Lead organizational change efforts related to growth, transformation, technology adoption, and process improvements.
- Partner with leaders to build alignment and drive adoption of strategic initiatives.
- Support organizational effectiveness through communication and change management planning.
HR Operations & Technology
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, compliance, and data integrity.
- Partner with Finance and IT to improve HR analytics, reporting, and technology solutions.
- Support HR modernization and process automation initiatives.
Leadership & Business Partnership
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to executives and department leaders.
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Product teams.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in:
- Succession Planning

- Organizational Development
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Leadership Coaching
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting organizations of 200+ employees.
- HRIS, workforce analytics, and HR technology experience.
