HR Compensation Analyst / Human Resources Data Analyst
We are recruiting for a prestigious international law firm seeking an experienced HR Compensation Analyst to join its Human Resources team in Washington, DC.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with hands-on experience in salary analysis, compensation benchmarking, pay equity, and compensation compliance to work closely with senior HR leadership.
- Schedule: Hybrid 3 Days In-Office / 2 Remote
- Salary: $82,400–$110,000
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant HR compensation or salary analysis experience
- Experience with salary structures, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking
- Knowledge of pay equity, salary surveys, and pay-transparency regulations
- Experience supporting compensation decisions, salary adjustments, and recruiting offers
- Familiarity with FLSA classifications, EEO codes, and wage-and-hour compliance
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
- HRIS experience, including UKG/UltiPro, a plus
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
We are specifically seeking candidates with direct HR compensation and salary analysis experience , rather than backgrounds focused primarily on IT, finance, or general business analytics.
