Human Resources Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support a client during a busy year-end benefits enrollment and employee onboarding period. This individual will partner closely with the HR team to support open enrollment, coordinate new-hire onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with various HR administrative projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to provide excellent support to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with benefits enrollment questions and navigating the enrollment system.
• Coordinate open enrollment communications, reminders, and follow-up.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Track onboarding progress and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Generate reports and assist with additional HR projects as needed.
• Provide responsive customer service to employees, managers, and candidates.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Recruiting Coordination, or HR Operations.
• Experience supporting open enrollment, employee onboarding, or benefits administration.
• Familiarity with background screening and new-hire compliance processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with an HRIS such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, or a comparable platform.
• Previous experience in healthcare, provider, or corporate environments.
