HR Coordinator
- Location: Lisle, IL must be onsite Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday
- Schedule- 8:00AM -4:30PM
Provides transactional and administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include processing tuition assistance requests, recognition award payments, employment verification letters, voluntary employee exits, and other routine HR transactions. May also provide preboarding support for new hires as business needs require.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The individual must be comfortable working with confidential employee information, navigating HR systems, and following established processes to ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to quickly learn HR processes, systems, and technology.
Basic Requirements:
Associate’s degree and no experience
OR
At least 2 years of human resource experience
