Provides administrative support to the HR team such as, coordinating new hire information, data entry and maintenance of team member related information, maintains personnel files, prepares COBRA notifications and various reports as well as any other daily HR functions.ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment process, including completion of necessary paperwork, scheduling of pre-employment physicals, and communicating with candidatesAssist with onboarding new employees (preparing paperwork, CPR/First Aid scheduling, system setup)Maintain accurate employee records and HR databasesSupport benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programsAssist with payroll coordination and timekeeping recordsHelp ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsPrepare HR reports, metrics, and documentationSupport employee engagement initiatives and company eventsHandle confidential information with discretionProvide general administrative support to the HR departmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).A minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
