We are currently seeking candidates for a Human Resources Generalist opportunity in the Orlando, FL area.Location: Orlando, FLDuties:Assist administrators and department managers with all onboarding needs through the Company's HRIS system, including auditing and processing new hire paperwork, check lists, e-Verify, etc.Assist with ensuring compliance in all areas of human resources, including I-9 compliance and audits.Reporting and auditing all personnel action changes for status changes, new hires and terminations.Prepares, maintains and files personnel files on each active/terminated employee to ensure legal compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree2+ Years of HR experience, specifically in employee relations and recruitingStrong knowledge of onboarding processes and administrative workflows of human resources.Salary:Very Competitive HourlyMedical, Dental, Vision Benefits401kPTOInterviewing immediately.
