Responsible for the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System to include posting and removal of positions and candidate documentation, assists in the review of request for transfers and applications requirements are met of job desired, and tracks transfer process including personnel requisition and personnel actionMaintains focus on departmental priorities to align with business needs.Ensures completion of the following paperwork processes: new hires, gaming licenses, drug tests and property to property transfersResearches rehire data and forwards to Recruiters for approvalInstructs leaders on recruitment/paperwork procedures and processesAssists with Team Member questions/requests and escalates issues as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.Performs Human Resources administrative duties such as, maintaining all office supply par levels, employee records, data input, and research. Prepares Team Member/vendor badges, and new hire in processing packets.Assists in preparation for New Hire Orientation and execution of Team Member engagement, wellness, training and retention events.Responsible for project management, establishing and meeting timelines, attention to detail and to follow-throughAssists in developing and maintaining property communication, including but not limited to employee self-service portal, back-of-house hallways, required federal, state and local posters, etc.Maintains an upbeat & positive attitude as well as a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor with all Team Members, applicants, and guests.Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.Maintains complete confidentiality of team member records/issues and protected company information at all times.Provides professional assistance in all areas of Wardrobe and HR, including but not limited to Team Member and uniform life cycles, internal communication, Team Member engagement events, and related transactions.Maintains an upbeat & positive attitude as well as a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor with all Team Members, applicants, and guests.Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.Adhere to all departments/company policies and proceduresResponsible for any and all duties as assigned by your manager or a member of leadership.Bring Us Your Best.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
