As the HR Coordinator, you will help create a positive employee experience from recruitment to onboarding through ongoing employee support and engagement.Job Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in Human Resources, healthcare or related field preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismJob Responsibilities:Oversee biweekly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliancePartner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and support hiring effortsConduct new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee paperworkHelp coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and facility initiativesSupport and guide management on employee relations, performance issues, and policy interpretationMaintain HRIS and personnel files in accordance with state and federal guidelinesEnsure compliance with labor laws and healthcare-specific regulatory requirementsLead training and development initiatives for staff and supervisorsCollaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategiesConduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and uphold a positive workplace cultureWhy Join Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center?We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
