HR Generalist (Long-Term Contract) | Hybrid NYC

We're seeking a hands-on HRBP to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, partnering with employees and leadership, and contributing across all areas of human resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations
• Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and workforce data
• Assist with payroll support, policy administration, and employee engagement initiatives
• Partner with leaders on HR projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HR experience in a Generalist, Business Partner HR support role

Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting, formulas, data analysis, and dashboards

Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Comfortable utilizing AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and workflows

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment

High level of professionalism, discretion, and xhqgsiq confidentiality

Positive, proactive, customer-service mindset with exceptional attention to detail
