Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations.
- Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Deliver leadership and employee training programs.
- Support FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
- Analyze HR trends and recommend solutions that improve engagement and performance.
- Travel up to 40% to provide onsite support and strengthen leadership partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Experience with disability and leave administration (STD/LTD)
- Manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site HR experience preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
