Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP develops integrated solutions and formulates partnerships across the HR function that deliver value-added partnership to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The ability to think broadly, be curious and use data to drive decision making is essential for this role.What You Will Do:Contribute to the business strategy by partnering with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processesProvide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectivesSupport managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategyFacilitate long-term people and talent initiatives aligned with the business strategyHelp leaders identify and provide employees with development opportunities to ensure that they can meet current and future performance standards and capability needs of the businessIdentify new opportunities where HR can add value to the businessIdentify employee learning and development needs and work with SMEs to identify and develop training optionsManage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiativesDevelop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence Allegion's culture and facilitate continuous improvementAct as a liaison between the business leaders and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needsMaintain a knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trendsUse data and problem-solving approaches for continuous improvementProvide expertise in the following areas: career planning and development, performance management, coaching, compensation, employee engagement, learning and growth, culture, change management, and strategic talent managementImplement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the COEManage employee relations issuesWhat You Need to Succeed:Clear, comprehensive understanding of the connection between HR and business strategyAbility to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategyAbility to engage, inspire, and influence peopleStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills and ability to build collaborative partnershipsStrong ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationStrong business acumenBachelor's degree required in business, human resources or related field5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in strategic HRBP rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendationsExceptional at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and dataAbility to manage a complex set of stakeholders in multiple locationsEffectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to drive changeAbility to travel up to 10%Why Work for Us?You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.
