At Curia, we are on a mission to advance our customers' therapies from curiosity to cure and ultimately to improve patients' lives.We proudly offer:Generous benefit options (eligible first day of employment)Paid training, vacation and holidays (vacation accrual begins on first day of employment)Career advancement opportunitiesEducation reimbursement401K program with matching contributionsLearning platformAnd more!Responsibilities:Day-to-day administrative assistance for the Human Resources and Training teamsServe as the initial point of contact for the HR department by greeting walk-in visitors, responding to phone and email inquiries, and responding to employee inquiriesMaintain HR records, spreadsheets, charts, reports, electronic files, employee files, and other HR-related documentationMaintain the Learning Management System, including curriculum assignments based on role, course definitions, training completion records, and initiating training reportsSupport the implementation, communication, and administration of HR programsPerform file audits to ensure required documentation is collected, complete, and up to dateSupport recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and manage schedule changesAssist with new hire orientation, onboarding activities, and exit interview processesPurchase office supplies and reconcile expense statementsRead and interpret SOPs, policies, training documents, and safety instructionsPromote safe work practices in accordance with site expectationsPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years' experience in a Human Resources departmentAbility to manage sensitive information with confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems (i.e., Oracle, ADP)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with employees, supervisors, learners, as well as internal and external stakeholdersAbility to compile reports, communicate training status, and calculate figures such as percent complete or incomplete.Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, safety instructions, policies, manuals, and written instructionsAbility to foster a collaborative and positive work environment and support changePreferred:Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldPrior LMS experience (i.e., Noverant)Experience working in a regulated industry, including FDA or DEA regulated environmentsExperience working in a GMP manufacturing environmentOther Qualifications:Must pass a background checkMust pass a drug screenMay be required to pass Occupational Health ScreeningPay Range: $52,000-$72,500/yr.Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
