All employees support the Candeo mission of inspiring our clients to achieve their personal goals.Essential Job Functions:Documentation Maintenance:Responsible for the maintenance of all HR documents, paper and electronicMaintain and review HR files for accuracy and accountability: I-9, MVR, background checks, auto insurance, and terminated employeesScan documents into HRISAssure confidentiality, safe storage and disposal of current and closed records within regulatory guidelinesHiring Process:Conduct bi-weekly onboarding with new hiresTraining:Tracking trainingBuild trainees into CDSSchedule orientations and non-traditional training for employees as well as Host Home providers and relief workersMaintain KanBan board for trainingTrack and maintain Candeo inservice training results and other training results as neededTrack and register employees and contractors for Medication Manager CertificationRegister and track employees and contractors for C3 Deescalation Certification trainingTrack Mandatory Reporter training for all employees and contractors, making sure that all employees are in compliance with state and federal requirements at all timesCompliance:Responsible for tracking annual performance evaluationsSend evaluation tracker, including upcoming evaluation due dates, to all managers and administrators monthly for the next two monthsAppropriately document in HRISConducts monthly Motor Vehicle reports and maintains reportsConducts OIG reports monthlyTracks and processes employee referral and retention bonus awardsMiscellaneous:Assist with office eventsAssist with benefits administration during open enrollment periodAssist with other administrative functions as requestedRequirements:Education/Training/License/Certification Requirements:One year of experience in human resourcesExperience with people with disabilities preferredValid Iowa Driver's LicenseProof of automobile insuranceSkill or Proficiency Requirements:Possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft or compatible softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFree from convictions of prior child or dependent adult abuse, neglect or mistreatmentPossess a motor vehicle that meets the required operational and maintenance guidelines, that are in accordance with the Iowa Department of Transportation motor vehicle safety standards and Candeo's Motor Vehicle Guidelines
