Onboarding And Orientation Support SpecialistThis position provides onboarding and orientation support services to the HR Business Partners. This position ensures that all new hires are in compliance with pre-employment requirements, including, but not limited to, background checks, education verification, employment verification, primary source verification of licenses and registrations and Occupational Health requirements. Ensures that all new hire documentation is complete.
Assists with New Employee Orientation materials and handouts. Prepares and audits employee files. Proficient in word processing, creating spreadsheets and preparing slide presentations.
