HR Specialist 1 Target Pay Rate: $24-27 per hour

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday HCM
Previous experience in employee classification and compensation analysis
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
~2-4 years of relevant HR experience, including payroll and compliance functions
~ Prior experience working with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Globalview
Hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays
