Location: White Plains, NY - full-time onsite
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Support full-cycle non-exempt recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, background checks, and offer preparation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure new hires receive required information, documentation, training, and a positive introduction to the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HRIS data, and related documentation in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions, including policies, procedures, benefits, timekeeping, and general employment matters.
  • Support employee relations processes by documenting concerns, gathering information, coordinating follow-up, and escalating matters as appropriate.
  • Support timekeeping processes by reviewing employee data, responding to inquiries, and coordinating corrections with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist with compliance-related activities, including employment eligibility verification, required notices, training records, policy acknowledgments, and audit preparation.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including changes, employee communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports, track key personnel information, and assist with data analysis to support HR decision-making and process improvement.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, policy updates, performance management support, training coordination, and process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of human resources experience, with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, timekeeping, or HR compliance.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, or timekeeping systems preferred.
