Human Resources GeneralistWe are looking for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while helping create a positive work environment. If you are organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting employees, we encourage you to apply.Essential FunctionsStaff hourly and non-exempt positions (including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, checking references, selecting qualified candidates and extending offers).Conduct new team member orientation.Monitor progress of new team members. Perform exit interviews.Provide assistance to team members, team leaders and group leaders in solving work-related problems.Coordinating company activities (i.e.
