Overview:
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with leadership to support workforce needs, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, and salaried roles
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and HR strategy
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, OSHA, etc.)
Maintain HRIS systems and employee records (e.g., ADP, Oracle)
Support compensation planning, benefits administration, and training initiatives
Conduct audits, manage reporting, and recommend process improvements
Foster a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
5-10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience supporting high-volume, shift-based workforces
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
