Remote Contract General

HR Business PartnerWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a manufacturing site in El Paso. This onsite role partners closely with hourly associates, frontline supervisors, and site leadership to deliver strong employee relations, talent management, and engagement initiatives. The HRBP will play a key role in recruitment, people development, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, matrix environment.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for all hourly associates, managing day-to-day employee relations and HR enquiries through an HR Shared Services modelLead employee escalations, investigations, and complaints with professionalism and discretionProvide coaching and guidance to frontline supervisors on performance management, employee discipline, and conflict resolutionSupport the HR Manager by advising and coaching site leadership on a broad range of HR mattersFacilitate HR system processes, ensure data accuracy, and analyse people data to support strategic decision-makingOwn and lead all hourly recruitment at the site, including sourcing, interview coordination, hiring, and onboardingDrive the "People" component of the site performance system within a manufacturing environmentLead employee hiring and contractor-to-employee conversion efforts to ensure workforce continuitySupport talent identification, assessment, and development in line with the organisation's talent strategyFacilitate and lead learning and development initiatives across the site in partnership with cross-functional teamsLead digital connectivity initiatives for hourly associatesMaintain strong employee engagement through listening strategies, feedback forums, and leadership coachingLead employee activities, recognition programmes, career development initiatives, and communication forumsLead the site Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) committeePartner with local schools and colleges to support community involvement, employer branding, and talent acquisitionRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related disciplineMinimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roleStrong leadership capabilities, including collaboration, communication, influence, planning, prioritisation, and project managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally within a manufacturing settingProven ability to work independently as a self-starter in a dynamic, matrix environmentProficiency in Excel and experience using digital HR systems to manage and analyse dataFlexibility to support multiple shifts; ability to work remotely one day per weekDomestic mobility required (international mobility is a plus)Must be authorised to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environmentEnjoys partnering closely with line and unit managersBilingual in Spanish and English
