We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join an established manufacturing company in Northeastern Pennsylvania. This on-site leadership role will oversee all HR functions, drive implementation of HR initiatives and policies, and provide direct supervision and guidance to HR Generalists and Representatives.
Bachelors degree in HR or related field and at least 3-4 years of experience required, or Master’s Degree in related field with 1-2 years experience.
Human Resources certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
