Global Law Firm is recruiting for a HRIS Manager. The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing the HRIS application and ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic human resources objectives. This position supervises the design, development and implementation of new configurations aimed at expanding and improving the Workday experience. 100% Remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HRIS application and ensure alignment with HR objectives.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of new configurations to expand and improve the Workday experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related concentration required.
- 7+ years of HRIS experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
- Proficiency in Workday is required.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
Compensation
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
