Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst IV

This expert-level HRIS position provides system analysis, consultation, and training for statewide human resources, benefits, payroll, and pension applications serving multiple state agencies and organizations. The role involves resolving complex system inquiries, managing data integrity, supporting system implementations, and developing training programs for end users across the state of Delaware.

Key qualifications:

• 3 years' experience researching and resolving automated information system inquiries and problems
• 3 years' experience using or training others on HRIS, payroll, benefits, or pension systems
• 6 months' experience analyzing HRIS applications for compliance with state and federal regulations
• 6 months' experience in project planning, coordination, and reporting
• Preferred: 6 months' experience in e-learning and blended learning course development
