If you want to join a team whose mission is to elevate the automation industry, we want to hear from you.The Human Resources Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations, partnering closely with employees, leaders, and the HR team to ensure programs, policies, and systems operate smoothly. This role balances hands-on administration with process improvement and employee education, leveraging UKG Pro to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a world-class employee experience and thrives on problem-solving and innovation. You'll support the HR team by maintaining accurate systems and smooth processes while contributing to a growing global organization focused on scalable, best-in-class employee programs.
