Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Hudson Automotive Group
This is primarily a remote-based role with a requirement to live within commuting distance of our Region 1 dealerships in Nashville, Clarksville, and Murfreesboro, TN. Regular travel to stores is expected.
About the Role: Hudson Automotive Group is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to be a trusted advisor to our General Managers and Regional Operations Leaders. You’ll strategically partner with stakeholders to put people and performance practices in place that help us scale while delivering a great employee and customer experience.
You’ll sit at the center of our HR function, working and collaborating with our Centers of Excellence (HR Advisory, Employee Experience, Recruiting, Onboarding, L&D, and Payroll) to turn talent challenges into high-impact solutions.
How you’ll make an impact:
Own HR matters for multiple dealerships, serving as the go-to HR partner for leaders and employees.
Partner with Regional Directors, GMs, Regional Operations Leaders, and the Director of HR to understand talent strategy and execute initiatives in performance management, compensation, employee development, succession planning, and organization design.
Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and development.
Support internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, and pay plans.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and COE partners to deliver solutions that scale.
What You Bring
8+ years of HR-focused experience, with strong business advisory skills within a fast-growing multi-location organization (Required).
Bachelor’s degree in human resources (Preferred).
A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence others and think creatively about solutions.
Comfort in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
