Salary: $81,000 - $109,000/annually

Human Resource Business Partner Opportunity:

• Acts as a resource to leaders and employees to interpret policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
• Human Resource Business Partner will assist with all voluntary and involuntary terminations. Conducts exit interviews and assists with all facets of the employee experience from onboarding to off boarding
• Collect and analyze HR data to develop process improvement to HR policies, programs and operations.
• Acts as primary liaison between HR and System business units.

Human Resource Business Partner Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum five (5) years direct Employee Relations experience
• Minimum eight (8) years direct HR Generalist or other HR functional experience
• Human Resource Business Partner must be knowledgeable of applicable state employment laws, collective bargaining, and complex HR compliance reporting such as Aff
• Knowledge of current Human Resource centers of excellence such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
