You'll be: Maintaining HR records in accordance with company policies and assisting with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates. Serving as a point of contact for associate questions and HR-related inquiries, providing outstanding customer service. Supporting onboarding activities for new associates and coordinating employee engagement initiatives and company events.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Hold a High School Diploma or GED (an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred). Have 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
