Human Data Architect

Designing systems for human data collection and delivery, the full-time Human Data Architect will architect end-to-end data workflows, ensuring data quality and structure to train frontier AI models in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Architect end-to-end data workflows from task design through quality assurance and delivery Design collection structures and task frameworks for scalable data generation processes Build and monitor data quality frameworks to catch issues before client delivery Required qualifications Experience designing human data collection at scale in relevant fields such as computational cognitive science or HCI Familiarity with ML post-training paradigms like SFT and RL Strong technical skills across data pipelines Systems-level thinking regarding task design and training data Excellent communication skills for conveying concepts between engineers and researchers
