Human Capital - Business Partner for Finance

Company Overview:

A leading global investment firm with approximately $500 billion in assets under management, specializing in alternative asset management and capital markets solutions, is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner for Business Operations. This role focuses on aligning business objectives with employee and organizational needs within the Finance-related functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior HCBP and Finance leaders to align HR programs with team objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent-related needs.
• Support talent planning, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Contribute to organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management and culture-building efforts.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies within the Finance organization.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably with Finance teams in a global financial services firm.
• Strong client and commercial focus with outstanding judgment and influencing skills.
• Strong execution and project management skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS (preferably Workday).

Compensation:

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000, Plus Bonus
