Multi-Unit Leader / District Manager
Rocket Enterprises is looking for an experienced Multi-Unit Leader/District Manager to oversee 3+ locations with the potential for more in the South Georgia area. The role requires multi‑unit restaurant leadership experience, preferably in concept restaurants such as Huddle House, Waffle House, IHOP, Denny’s, etc.
Overview
A Multi‑Unit Leader is responsible for the overall operations of multiple Huddle Houses, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, management development, budget management, and ensuring that Managers and Crew deliver excellent guest service while executing brand standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team environment by performing human resource functions such as recruiting, hiring, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
- Utilize appropriate training tools and monitor training progress.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment in compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently.
- Lead team meetings to communicate operational information.
- Control inventory and labor, maintain budgets, and create solutions to control costs.
- Provide coaching and feedback on sales, marketing, labor, and food costs.
- Support sales goals through action plans for seasonal forecasting.
- Implement tools and systems for new products, processes, and procedures.
Qualities & Skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Guest focus: understand and exceed guest expectations, develop relationships, and resolve concerns.
- Results orientation: set and meet high standards, prioritize focus, and apply best practices.
- Problem solving: identify root causes, implement solutions, and empower others.
- Interpersonal relationships and influence: collaborate, negotiate, and act with integrity.

- Proven QSR and multi‑unit management experience required.
- Sit‑down diner concept and service experience essential.
