Owning the full billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time HubSpot Commerce Specialist will manage subscriptions, payment links, and invoices remotely while reconciling HubSpot with QuickBooks and addressing client billing concerns during Eastern Time Zone business hours. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce, including payment links and invoices Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records Serve as the primary contact for client billing questions and coordinate adjustments while maintaining client relationships Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with the HubSpot Commerce platform Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role Comfortable managing high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment Available to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours
