Owning client HubSpot engagements from discovery to enablement, the full-time HubSpot Architect will manage client relationships, architect CRM foundations, and lead data quality projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to document processes and identify gaps Architect and build CRM foundations, including property architecture and automation logic Own demandDrive's HubSpot instance, prioritizing internal requests and maintaining data integrity Required qualifications: Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including custom objects and workflow automation Working knowledge of HubSpot Data Hub and experience with data quality automation and deduplication projects Familiarity with HubSpot's AI tools, including Agent Builder and custom agents Proven client leadership skills, capable of conducting discovery sessions and managing expectations Experience with data migration and integration, including building import templates and handling associations
