Hubbard After School Program - Internal Candidates Only

HUBBARD AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM

We are seeking dedicated after-school instructors to support students in academic growth through small group. This position runs from October/November through April/May, with sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing academic support in core subject areas.
• Working with students individually or in small groups to reinforce classroom learning.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction as needed.
• Documenting student progress in district systems.
• Collaborating with school staff to align tutoring goals with classroom instruction.
• Maintaining a positive, encouraging, and respectful learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with school-age children preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and district data systems is a plus.
