Join an organization where safety and continuous improvement drive operational success. In this role, you'll lead key HSE programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and help strengthen workplace safety through innovative technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the gas monitoring program, including governance, data analysis, compliance, and field support.
- Support the Industrial Hygiene program through exposure assessments, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Administer the lone worker monitoring program and emergency response processes.
- Coordinate the Management of Change (MOC) program, ensuring risk assessments, documentation, approvals, and audits are completed.
- Support Process Safety Management (PSM), incident investigations, training, and HSE governance initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent HSE/operations experience.
- Experience in HSE, Industrial Hygiene, Process Safety, or a related field.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, MOC programs, and gas detection systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Maximo experience
- Successful completion of background, reference, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
