HSE Lead

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Company safety program and compliance
• Maintain internal and external (ISN, Disa, Avetta, etc) safety systems and programs
• Ensure regulatory and client requirements such as drug screens, background checks, and orientations are met and maintained.
• Provide or secure a provider for annual safety training on internal safety programs as well as external requirements such as CPR/First Aid.
• Lead incident investigations, maintain incident programs and logs and track outcomes to completion.
• Perform inspections and audits as required and track outcomes to completion.
• Represent Company at client and other external safety meetings.
• Add/archive assets and contacts in internal maintenance system and monitor for compliance.
• Manage hire-in and onboarding of all new employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience in industrial construction and/or maintenance
• Industry recognized safety credentials
• 2+years leadership and mentoring experience
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and office productivity suites.
