A successful candidate will partner extensively with cross-functional teams, nurture key stakeholder relationships and drive the effective use and performance of our systems.This role is ideal for a forward-thinking systems expert at aligning technology with strategy to foster efficiency, innovation, and business results. This role will report within the HR Enablement team.Key Responsibilities:Technology Strategy & ImplementationLead AI-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and overall system effectivenessResearch and recommend emerging tools to improve operational performanceDrive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools, system enhancements, and process improvements by gathering feedbackDevelop and deliver training resources to support end-users and maximize technology utilizationSystem Administration & OptimizationProvide governance over systems, ensuring user access, security, and data integrityMonitor and analyze system utilization, identifying opportunities for improvementExecute system updates and enhancements, configurations, and troubleshootingIntegration & Process AutomationOversee system integrations and partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and maintenanceDocument and refine workflows to optimize functionality and scalabilityStakeholder Engagement & ReportingDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting as a primary technology partner and advisor for their system needsProvide insights on system performance and adoption to support data-driven decision-makingSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration, HRIS, or a similar roleSkills and Qualifications:Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metricsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teamsFamiliarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plusVisa sponsorship not available for this roleCompensation: $72,400.00/Year - $118,900.00/YearWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
