HRIS Program ManagerApex has an opportunity for a HRIS Program Manager role. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position.Position: HRIS Program ManagerLocation: Hybrid 2 days a week in either Milwaukee, WI or Paramus, NJDuration: 3-month contract-to-hire (Jan 2023-April 2023)Position Description:The HRIS Project Manager is accountable for working closely with the HR Department and Technology to ensure the success and execution of all HR projects.
The role will build the road map to consolidate all of the HRIS systems between Veolia and Suez.Responsibilities:Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.Projects may involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, process improvement, etc.Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.Projects limited in number, size and complexity.Usually works under the direction of a senior project/program manager.Qualifications:Looking for candidates that have 10+ years of experience managing HRIS specific Program Management experience.Experience with tools: ADP (multiple version), SuccessFactors, Salesforce, HR Cloud, SABA (LMS)
