Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR, Technology, and implementation teams to design and optimize HR processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and validate system configurations.
- Lead process design workshops, user validation, training, and change readiness activities.
- Drive adoption of best practices, challenge legacy ways of working, and identify opportunities to leverage AI within HR operations.
Ideal Background:
- Strong experience in HR transformation, process improvement, and HR technology implementations.
- Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR operations.
- Experience working with multiple HCM platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
