HRIS Data & Analytics Consultant

To support the People Operations team, the part-time HRIS Data & Analytics Consultant will manage data cleanup and reconciliation efforts, establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth for employee data, and develop reporting and analytics to enhance decision-making in a remote contract role lasting 2-3 months. Key Responsibilities Audit, clean, and standardize employee data across HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and standardized reports to meet current and future reporting needs Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of People processes and provide actionable recommendations Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, HR systems consulting, or People Analytics Demonstrated experience in auditing and reconciling employee data across multiple HR systems Experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain dashboards Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance HRIS data management and analytics workflows
