Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the HRIS Consultant - Workday Extend will focus on building innovative custom applications using Workday Extend, translating complex business needs into scalable technological solutions. Key responsibilities: Independently analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Develop custom applications from scratch within Workday Extend, utilizing knowledge of data structures and security concepts Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels to drive process improvements and enhance HR-related business processes Required qualifications: Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder management Functional knowledge of Workday, including data structures, organizations, and security concepts Experience with custom application development in Workday Extend environments Change management experience with a focus on process improvement Familiarity with the application development lifecycle (preferred)
